About Samantha

I didn't stumble into real estate .... My mother immigrated from Jamaica with nothing, worked long hours, bought her first home, and kept going — investing in properties and reselling. That was my first blueprint.

I spent years knocking on doors up and down the East Coast, walking into all kinds of homes, seeing what people built and what they dreamed of. That never left me.

I came to real estate through door-to-door sales and administration — careers that built one thing above everything else: an unrelenting work ethic. I will outwork anyone in the room, and when I don't have the answer, I find it.

I'm also a Dean's List student at the New York School of Interior Design, with knowledge in construction materials, color theory, lighting, and green building. My clients don't just get an agent — they get someone who understands how a house becomes a home.

I serve Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties, working primarily with first-time buyers and land purchasers ready to build something real.
